Sexy!

Flaunt!® uses the same 45-50 minute pre- choreographed routine for a month to allow divas to become familiar and comfortable with the performance of each exercise and the entire routine.   Through the familiarity of movement as well as by gaining more strength, the goal is for Flaunt!® divas to appreciate what the body is able to do rather than focus on what they “should” look like.
Rather than conforming to the standards of beauty we believe society sets, Flaunt!® encourages women to define sexy as what is within a strong and self confident woman

Strong!

Each music track in a Flaunt!® routine is designed to target a specific muscle group. The muscle groups challenged in each Flaunt!® program include: upper body (arms, chest, back & shoulders), abdominals, glutes and hamstrings, obliques, quadriceps, inner and outer thighs.

Self Confident!

After each muscle group has been worked, it is time for the final performance.  This is the chance for the divas to combine everything they have learned and perform a final, instructor led dance.  It is also another opportunity for divas to demonstrate their confidence and possibly earn the class’ Hot & Spicy award.
